Simple brand and website design for local insurance brokers

Goals
Approach & Execution
Brand Design
We kicked off with a brand workshop with the CropGuard leadership to define voice, values, target audiences and competitive positioning. We then developed a logo, colour palette (based on the parent company - BJS Insurance), typography, and a simple brand guideline document.

Website Design & Development
Working in Webflow, we designed a simple homepage that spoke to the farmer audience: simple headings, strong value-propositions, testimonial section, and a prominent profile section to show that this small CropGuard sales team were local and knew farm insurance.

Digital Marketing & Print Collateral
Parallel to design we developed a digital setup: landing-page copywriting for SEO, Google Ads account creation with targeted campaigns for WA farmers, tracking via Google Analytics + conversion-goals for quote-form completions.
Print collateral for Farm Weekly extended the brand into offline media, using bold messaging and QR-codes to drive readers back to the website.
Final Outcome
The refreshed brand and website improved trust, clarity and lead generation, giving CropGuard a sharper presence in the agriculture sector. Early SEO and Google Ads activity increased visibility and delivered strong initial engagement.
Print advertising helped reach farmers offline and funnel them online, creating a cohesive marketing ecosystem that now supports ongoing growth and easier future expansion.
This was the best project I have ever been involved in. Get some quotes, get some money, get some beers.

Client context
Harvest Technology builds low-latency remote streaming solutions for industries where live video, audio, and data need to travel reliably from the field to decision-makers. NodeStream is their flagship SaaS platform, enabling real-time remote operations across defence, mining, offshore, and industrial environments.
Our Role
Bluntmedia embedded directly into Harvest’s product workflow, collaborating day-to-day with engineers and stakeholders. We focused on understanding the realities of remote streaming, including latency, signal reliability, multi-input management, and operator usage during live sessions.
